∙ Managed internal PR, the clear communication of company intention and policy to the community
∙ Acted as "community correspondent" and "On-the-Street" reporter during live weekly product evaluation broadcasts
∙ Owned weekly/monthly content calendars and regularly contributed community-centric pieces to Quirky blog
∙ Identified and created core help content to guide inventors through the Quirky invention process
∙ Instrumental in Quirky platform rebuild from both community operations and copy perspectives
